➡ We have an apartment for rent with an area of approximately 83 square meters, located near Alicante, in the Costa Blanca region, Orihuela-Costa. The apartment is designed for families/groups and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

?The year-round apartment has a private terrace (approximately 12 square meters, included in the apartment’s total area) with the option to close or fully open the window doors. The terrace offers a beautiful view of palm trees and two swimming pools (exclusive for residents), as well as a side view of the sea. The apartment consists of a spacious living room (with a double sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, and a TV), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined together), a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.), a bathroom with a small bathtub that functions as a shower, and a utility room (washing machine, drying area). The apartment has wireless internet.
?The apartment is exclusively for non-smoking guests. Please understand that smoking is strictly prohibited. We also do not allow pets ? We understand that pets are part of the family, but sometimes it’s better to travel separately.
?The apartment is located 400 meters from the nearest supermarket, 500 meters from a convenience store, and 1 kilometer from the center of Punta Prima, where you can find McDonald’s, Jysk, a pharmacy, and a variety of bars and restaurants. The largest open-air shopping center in this part of Europe, Zenia Boulevard (Decathlon, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin, etc.), is located 3.4 kilometers away (if you visit there, remember where you parked your car – you might spend 2 hours looking for it – not kidding!). The sandy beach in Punta Prima is a 2.3-kilometer walk away. There is a wide selection of other sandy beaches in the vicinity, all with Blue Flag status. The Blue Flag is an international certification awarded to beaches that meet the highest criteria for environmental protection, safety, accessibility, and information.
?The location of the apartment complex where our apartment is situated is a very peaceful and safe area called Los Altos/Orihuela-Costa, surrounded by beautiful low-rise villas. There are free parking spaces available near the complex. A small children’s playground and a football field are located close to the complex.
?The apartment is ideal for people who appreciate tranquility, like having easy access to shops and restaurants that are open all year round, including the off-season (!). It was very important for us to find a place that is lively “around the corner” all year round but is very quiet in itself.
?The distance from Alicante Airport is a 45-minute drive, 49 km away. (Transfer from Alicante Airport can be arranged for an additional fee.) The distance from Valencia Airport is 225 km. The distance from Murcia Airport is 56 km. You can check flights on Kayak.pl.
