Today we ran with our son through the forest in Gdynia, Poland. And a week ago, along the water on the Costa Blanca. We’re getting into small workouts. Yesterday we had baths in warm and black as tar mud. And today, on the other hand, we’re swimming in an icy (!) waterfall. Spain has all the advantages of the Caribbean and the USA that I know, but it’s closer, cheaper, and definitely has better food!
??♀️?♀️It was WOW! We had mud baths for the first time in our lives! They have many health benefits and are simply a lot of fun. They are apparently open all year round, free of charge (!), and just a fifteen-minute drive from our apartment. We will definitely go back there. Maybe even this season!
